What Data We Collect and Why We Collect It
1.1 Inquiries and Booking Forms
When you submit a request via our “Request a Quote” or contact forms, we collect the data you provide to process your rental inquiry. This includes:
Your full name, company name, phone number, and email address.
Event details such as event dates, desired Traditional Arabic Majlis tent dimensions, setup location, and specific styling preferences.
Purpose: This data is strictly used to communicate with you, generate custom rental quotations, and coordinate on-site logistics.

My Goals
Booking, Deposits & Payments
Securing Your Event: A 50% deposit is strictly required to lock in your event date, custom Majlis inventory, and logistics crew.
Final Settlement: The remaining 50% balance must be cleared prior to or immediately upon the completion of the tent assembly on-site.
Cancellation Rules:
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the setup date: The 50% deposit will be converted into a flexible credit note valid for any Majlis rental within the next 6 months.
Cancellations made within 3 to 7 days of setup: The 50% deposit is non-refundable due to custom fabric preparation and scheduling allocation.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of setup: The client remains legally responsible for paying the full (100%) contract value.
